Every subscriber must fully understand and agree to the following agreement.

Perly's Online Map Service User Agreement

As a subscriber to the Perly's Online Map Service you must thoroughly understand and agree to the following:

User Agreement Overview

As a subscriber you may:

1. Use your username and password to login to the Perly's Online Map Service on a single computer.
2. View all maps and make full use of the services provided.
3. Print up to 25 maps per day.
4. Download the map images to your computer in order to print them at a later date.

As a subscriber you may NOT:

1. Share your username and password with non-subscibers.
2. Use your username and password on more than one computer at the same time.
3. Print more than 25 maps per day.
4. Use downloaded map images for advertising, print or web related material.

User Agreement Details

As a Perly's Online Map Service subscriber you will be billed automatically on a recurring yearly basis unless you cancel service with us at least 30 days before the end of your paid term. Canceling Perly's Online subscriptions will stop future automatic billing, but will not result in a refund for the current billing period or past usage. Perly's Inc. holds the right to change the cost of subscription at any time. If the price is increased the subscriber will be notified and given the choice to renew their subscription.

The Perly's Online Map Service subscriber is granted permission to access the service from a single computer terminal at one time. To use the service on more than one computer at a single time the subscriber must purchase additional user licenses from Perly's Inc. User IP addresses are tracked and failure to comply with this agreement will result in immediate termination of the subscriber's usage license without refund and may include any pursuit of damages that we will see fit as to the circumstances.

The subsciber agrees not to distribute map images, prints made from these images, or any other information obtained from Perly's maps or from the Perly's Online Map Service to unlicensed third parties without express written permission from Perly's Inc. The subscriber may not use downloaded map images for any commercial advertising, printed or web related material. The subscriber agrees to never disclose their Perly's Online Username and Password to unlicensed third parties without express written permission from Perly's Inc. The subscriber is responsible and will be held accountable for any unauthorized use of the Perly's Online Map Service.

No maps or other information provided to the subscriber through this service may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or by any information storage and retrieval system, without permission in writing from Perly's Inc. Perly's Inc. disclaims from any liability for damages of any nature arising from any error or omission.
